Each garment is produced after payment. We currently accept orders for delivery within the United States. Standard US shipping is included in the listed garment price; any applicable tax is shown at checkout.

Delivery varies by garment, stock availability, production review, destination, and carrier. We confirm the order-specific estimate after review. Printful’s typical production time is 2–5 business days after approval, with shipping time additional; stock delays can make the total substantially longer. These are estimates, and we will contact you if your order is delayed. If we cannot ship within the promised time, or within 30 days when no time was promised, we will offer the choice to consent to a delay or receive a refund as required by US law.

Check your shipping address carefully at checkout. Contact support@babeloneofone.com promptly if it needs correction. Once production or shipment starts, an address change may no longer be possible.

Because each piece is made to order with a unique composition, we do not offer returns or exchanges for a change of mind or a size choice. Please check the product and size before payment.

If a garment arrives damaged, defective, or with a material misprint, email support@babeloneofone.com with your order number and clear photos. Please get in touch within 30 days of delivery so we can investigate quickly. We will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund. This request window does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.

The garment photographs are examples of the product and print placement. The composition shown in the generator is the design associated with your order. Printed colors and fabric appearance may vary slightly from a screen.

We use the design code and size you select, your order and payment status, contact information, and shipping details to take payment, prevent duplicate sales of the same design, produce and deliver your garment, and provide support. Your bag is saved in your browser so you can return to it. Our site may also receive routine technical data needed to operate and protect it.

If you arrive through an ad or shared link, we keep its campaign labels in your browser for that visit and attach them to an order you place. This helps us see which links lead to sales.

We count storefront page loads, approximate browser visits, and clicks on key shopping controls, such as generating or sharing a design, viewing a garment, adding to the bag, and starting checkout. We store daily totals by action, garment, and a broad traffic channel such as Reddit or a shared composition, without visitor identifiers or design codes in this report. Raw referring URLs are not sent to this report. A timestamp and channel label in your browser session group activity into approximate visits; the timestamp is not sent to our server. These counts begin when each feature is published.

With your permission, we load a Google Ads tag to measure visits and confirmed purchases. It may use cookies or similar browser storage and send page, ad-click, and purchase details, including order value and a transaction identifier, to Google. We do not send your name, email, shipping address, or payment card details through this tag. You can change your choice using the Ad Privacy control on the site. Google describes its handling of information in its privacy policy.

Stripe handles checkout and payment information. Printful receives the details needed to print and ship your order. Our site hosting and email providers help operate the store and respond to you. We do not receive or store your full payment card number on Babel’s site, and we do not sell your personal information.

We keep order information as needed to fulfill orders, resolve problems, prevent duplicate designs, and meet legal or accounting obligations. You may ask us about the information we hold or request a correction or deletion, subject to records we must retain. Email support@babeloneofone.com to make a request.
